Project Title: Instructional Design Document - How to Handle Confrontation in the Workplace

Challenges: New managers are confronting team members in an unprofessional manner contributing to low morale and no clear resolution. Team members are complaining about the way managers are talking to them. There are a total of 5 warehouses located in various states making it a challenge to train managers at once.

 

Solution: Create an eLearning course in Articulate Storyline 360 so that managers can take the course at their own time and place within the week. Additional training using role playing scenarios was suggested after the course is taken. A survey was given to team members about management before and after training for assessment.

Results: According to a survey, 65% of team members reported a positive change in how managers talk to them.
